You'll fly into Edinburgh where we will begin our journey...

Day 1-3

After your overnight flight, you'll have time to rest for awhile or meander the Royal Mile before a meet and greet with your hosts and fellow travelers. These first days will be spent in Edinburgh, seeing the sights around the gothic capital city of Scotland, including a visit to nearby Rosslyn Chapel and Glen, made famous as the home of the Holy Grail in Dan Brown's Da Vinci Code. During our stay in the city, you'll learn some of the fascinating history that spans generations. You'll have a chance to explore the Royal Mile, museums and  historical monuments while enjoying sights, sounds and tastes that are sure to be memorable. And yes, we will certainly visit the city's only Cat Cafe. We'll have a group dinner and private concert on the second evening, featuring one of Scotland's world class musicians. Our home in Edinburgh will be the Radisson Blu Hotel in the City Centre.

Day 4-6

We'll board the coach to travel to Dunkeld, the heart of Scotland, and always a guest favorite. This area holds dramatic history that has spawned  legends such as William Wallace, Robert the Bruce, and Mary Queen of Scots. Authors have also been inspired by this magical place. We'll walk through Birnam Wood, made famous in Shakespeare's Macbeth, hike the Birks of Aberfeldy, frequented by Robert Burns where he would sit and write, and see the house where Beatrix Potter first penned Peter Rabbit. We'll also take a day trip to a special place where a cat holds a Guiness Record and visit a farm with working sheep dogs (cause cats can't be bothered with sheep). In the evenings, we will host some of our very favorite musicians and storytellers. Our three night home in Dunkeld will be Tay House.

Day 7-8

We head further into the Highlands. This exact stop will be decided closer to time as we are awaiting some crucial kitty-info before we make the final decision. One thing we know is that we will learn more about the elusive and endangered (don't worry, Scotland is on it and increasing numbers) Scottish Wildcat and see some of the country's most stunning scenery by coach and by foot. Will there also be a castle visit? Of Course! And fun history and music? Without a doubt.

Day 9

We board the coach to return to Edinburgh for a final night & group dinner, with some surprise stops along the way. We'll share our favorite meowmories of our time together and have sweet dreams of cat cuddles awaiting us at home.

Flights home or onward journeys.
